Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Billing

ThatChecklist subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Stripe. All prices are displayed in USD unless stated otherwise. Your billing date corresponds to the day you upgraded to a Pro plan.

2. Refunds

We offer refunds only in cases of billing errors, duplicate charges, or verified technical issues that prevented you from accessing your paid features. If you believe you were charged incorrectly, please contact our support team within 7 days of the charge.

3. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription anytime through your Account Settings page. After cancellation, your Pro access will remain available until the end of the current billing cycle, and you will not be billed again.

4. Trial Periods

If your plan includes a trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. You may cancel anytime before billing begins. Once the trial converts to a paid subscription, regular refund rules apply.
