3. Subscriptions & Billing

Premium plans (Pro Monthly, Pro Yearly, or any future tiers) are billed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled. You may cancel anytime via your Account Settings page. Refunds, when applicable, are handled under our Refund Policy.

4. Intellectual Property

All content, code, design, branding, templates, and technology on ThatChecklist are the property of ThatChecklist and protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, resell, or distribute our platform or generated content without permission.

5. Limitation of Liability

ThatChecklist is provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. We are not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including data loss or service interruptions.

6. Modifications to the Service or Terms
